(Primarily relationship-driven accounts with solid feedback)Perform thorough reference checksNegotiate pay ratesInteract with and attend client meetingsInteract with our compliance team which handles on-boarding therefore freeing up your time to stay more focused on recruiting and building your candidate pipeline!QualificationsRecruiter Minimum Requirements:Strong attitude, aptitude, passion and experience3+ years of recruiting experience for government, aerospace, and defense positionsProven track recordCompetitive, energetic and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting A-player professionalsAbility to multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Executives in managing client relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong desire to generate client tips and new business for sales teamStrong time management and organizational skillsStrong interest in following a career path to become an Account ExecutiveBachelor's degree preferred
