You will interact directly with customers (primarily contractors) lead your team by example and maintain assets and inventory for the location. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of management experience overseeing 2 or more employees experience monitoring and analyzing sales data such as KPIs revenue goals and trends. Familiarity with water supply products and/or equipment used in contractor or trade-based environments (e.g. plumbing landscaping facility services utilities etc.) will be essential for understanding customer needs terminology and the overall success of the store.
