Title:Sr User Engagement & Outreach RepresentativeResponsible for the research development planning and implementation of policies and practices designed to enhance the organizations relationship with the community and employees through print audio video electronic and other communication mediums. Coordinate the distribution of the companys messages to internal and external audience to meet communication program objectives. Act as the organizations representative to community and news media. Under broad direction is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within a function. Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff. Participates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 12 years of experience 3 of which should be in management.Belong. Connect. This role will advocate for the development and integration of new capabilities and tradecraft to tackle the challenges faced by the Combatant Command (CCMD) and its components.The User Engagement Representative will provide valuable insights into the pressing needs of specific Combatant Command and how the customers capabilities can meet those demands. This position will focus on fostering multi-agency multi-int solutions to various issues while offering support to relevant organizations.Key Responsibilities:Capture and prioritize user intelligence needs and requirements addressing any gapsFacilitate prompt responses to intelligence requests using customer enterprise solutionsAssist users in communicating their support needs to the Intelligence Community (IC)Ensure users have knowledge of and access to customer systems and services and provide tailored training and briefingsEngage with the Department of Defense and IC leveraging expertise across disciplinesAct as a liaison between forward-placed staff and the customer integrating fully within host organizationsAssess user needs recommend actions to utilize customer capabilities effectively and provide situational awareness of user requirements to the customer and greater ICCommunicate user priorities and shortfalls to relevant customer offices documenting engagements in government knowledge management toolsEducate users on customer capabilities and ensure awareness of operational status and resource issuesPromote user involvement in shaping ongoing projects and customer forums and facilitate rapid responses with enterprise solutionsFunction as an action officer for customer leadership and manage customer relationships tracking user needs and metricsRequired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph requiredMasters degree and 7 years of relevant professional experience (May have HS with 13 years or Associates with 11 years Bachelors with 5 years or Doctorate with 8 years of experience in lieu of Masters)Must be highly self-motivated with a strong technical and leadership background demonstrating professionalism and tact under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective coordination with diverse stakeholders including senior military officials and government personnelDeep understanding of the intelligence community with proven experience in technical fundamentals relating to IC collectors mission control and processingCapability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment maintaining a customer-focused approach in community forumsFamiliarity with SIGINT and GEOINT systems along with visualization and collaboration tools that enhance the utility of customer capabilities for usersDesired QualificationsDoctorate with 8 years of relevant professional experienceKnowledge of Electro-optical RADAR SIGINT Communications Mission Management and Mission processing systems supporting space and ground architectureAbility to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work flexible schedules as necessaryStrong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesProficient communications skills and ability to serve as a trusted advisorBasic Compensation:$144500.00 - $176600.00 (Pearl Harbor area only)$122600.00 - $168600.00 (Fort Meade MD and COS areas only)The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation:KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.
