This role will involve leading UX program strategy driving cross-functional alignment and delivering impactful user-centered solutions across highly technical and regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in UX design leadership program management change management and technical collaboration with a passion for creating scalable enterprise experiences. Job Title: Sr. UX Program Manager Location: Lehi UT Duration: 6 months Job Description: Sr. UX Program Manager The Sr. UX Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating UX initiatives across multiple technical teams while ensuring high-quality execution of data-heavy and workflow-driven product experiences. As a Sr. UX Program Manager you will partner closely with design engineering security and platform stakeholders to drive UX outcomes that support business goals and user needs in complex regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Serve as a Sr. UX Program Manager driving strategy execution and cross-functional alignment for multiple UX programs. Lead complex UX/Product Design initiatives with 8 years of hands-on experience creating workflow-driven data-intensive products using Figma. Manage multi-team roadmaps and deliver measurable program management outcomes across platform data or security domains. Act as a proven change leader by designing rollout strategies communications and training that influence user behaviour across distributed organizations. Conduct user research including interviews co-design sessions and usability testing. Apply strength in information architecture and content design for expert personas (Security Privacy Platform Engineering). Collaborate fluently with Security (CSO) POCL stakeholders and other governance-focused groups. Translate policies into intuitive product behaviours through understanding of RBAC data classification and governance workflows. Utilize tools such as Figma FigJam Jira/Confluence or Workfront and M365; familiarity with telemetry/analytics tools is a plus. Bonus experience in cloud data ecosystems including buckets catalogs and metadata governance. Nice to Have Background in data governance privacy or security products. Experience delivering enterprise admin and self-service experiences (portals APIs). Familiarity with Adobes privacy and governance stakeholder ecosystem (Security/CSO POCL).
