About the Role We’re looking for a detail-driven, growth-minded Staff Accountant to join our expanding Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their accounting experience while supporting a fast-growing, mission-driven healthcare company. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our financial infrastructure — managing core accounting processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting operational improvements as we scale nationwide. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries Maintain and reconcile fixed asset schedules, including additions, disposals, and depreciation Perform monthly account reconciliations and support the month-end close process Process customer invoices and manage accounts receivable follow-up Assist with Bill.com and credit card reconciliations Support payroll processing and related journal entries Assist with audit preparation and internal control compliance Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems High attention to detail, strong organization, and analytical problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently Clear, professional communication and a collaborative mindset Why Join CMC?
