What you'll do:
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and customer invoicing
- Reconcile accounts and support monthly financial reporting
- Partner with operations to support product costing and ongoing improvements
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Support audits and help maintain accurate financial records
- Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems
- A proactive mindset with the ability to learn, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-year experience in a manufacturing or comparable work environment, including internship experience.
- Experience using Syteline or equivalent ERP system, preferred.
- Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, ERP systems, and Microsoft Outlook, preferred.
