Staff Accountant

We're looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant who's ready to jump in, own the numbers, and help keep our financial operations across multiple entities running smoothly and accurately - ready to take the next step and make a real impact?

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations of your assigned accounts, including AP, AR, and general ledger activity
• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and support month-end close
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Maintain accounting systems, controls, and organized financial records
• Monitor compliance with financial obligations, including debt and reporting requirements
• Assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance (sales, payroll, business licenses, etc.)
• Partner with internal teams to improve processes and leverage technology

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
