Job Description Support senior accounting team members in delivering high quality accounting services to small business clients that primarily use QuickBooks Online.Assist with monthly close including reconciliations and preparation of key reports.Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processing and related support.Assist with payroll tax and sales tax filings and related compliance tasks.Help prepare year-end financials for business tax purposes and support the tax team as needed.Collaborate with team members across multiple clients and industries in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.Ask questions seek feedback and take initiative to learn new systems processes and best practices. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting required.Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and basic financial analysis.Prefer 1 year of accounting experience in public or private accounting ideally in a small but high-growth environment.Prefer experience working in QuickBooks Online; strong interest and aptitude with QBO is essential.Strong desire to pursue CPA certification over time.Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort communicating with internal team members.High attention to detail strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.Open to asking questions and receiving constructive feedback during the training process.
