This role is ideal for a self-starter whos eager to build their foundation in accounting contribute to process improvements and grow within a collaborative finance team.TasksKey Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable & Cash ApplicationsSupport customer collections by tracking outstanding invoices and following up with customersPost and apply cash receipts accurately to customer accounts in the ERP systemAssist with A/R aging analysis and escalation of past due balancesCollaborate with SalesOps and Customer Success teams to resolve billing and payment issuesMonth-End Close ActivitiesPrepare various balance sheet reconciliations and posting journal entries for assigned areas included but not limited to:CashFixed Assets & Intangible AssetsPrepaid ExpensesUnbilled expenses and revenueIntercompanyAccrued ExpensesDeferred RevenueSupport month-end close processes including reviewing AP bill coding and variance analysis posting necessary reclasses.Support year-end audit and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.Billing & Revenue SupportAssist with contract line items and billing schedules into the system (e.g. Sage Intacct Salesforce Zuora)Assist with monthly billing processes invoice generation and validation of dataSystems & Process SupportParticipate in system implementations or upgradesDocument workflows and standard operating procedures for recurring tasksSupport cross-functional teams (SalesOps Customer Success Finance) with data entry and troubleshootingRequirementsAbout You:Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field13 years of accounting or finance internship/full-time experience preferably in SaaS or a tech environmentFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite Sage Intacct) and CRM tools is a plusProficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP pivot tables)Strong attention to detail and time management skillsEager to learn proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth settingBenefitsWhat We OfferWere committed to creating an environment where you can thriveprofessionally and personally.
