The RolePresidio Business Process Consultants (BPC) will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the customer and the technical team through the deployment of a Contender Solutions project in ServiceNow. The BPC works with the Project Manager (PM) and Solution Architect (SA) to help guide the client to decisions that provide value for their business while adhering to industry and Contender best practices.Responsibilities include:Understand and explain industry and ServiceNow best practices.Understand and explain Contender products and service offerings.Assist in the implementation of delivery projects, including:Conducting demos and working sessions with the clientGathering requirements from the clientIdentifying gaps or weaknesses in customer processesDrafting Agile stories from business requirementsSupporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM)Required Skills and Professional Experience:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience4-6 years' experience as a Business Process Consultant or Business AnalystExperience gathering business requirements for ServiceNow configurationExperience explaining ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholdersExperience with the ITIL frameworkExperience with Agile methodology (including story refinement, testing, and scrum)Strong interpersonal and communications skillsExperience with ServiceNow as an administratorServiceNow System Admin Certification.Ability to travel 10%Preferred Skills and Professional Experience: ITIL certification (preferred)ServiceNow Certifications (preferred)Your future at PresidioJoiningPresidiomeans stepping into aculture of trailblazers-thinkers, builders, and collaborators-who push the boundaries of what's possible.
