Job Summary The Residential Maintenance Specialist performs advanced maintenance tasks and serves as a technical resource within the facilities team. Skilled in at least one trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry), this role also supports general maintenance operations across campus residential buildings and infrastructure.
