Staff Physician Brawley CA 92227 Full-time $325000 per year This position provides outpatient medical care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The Staff Physician is responsible for patient management accurate documentation and adherence to medical protocols to support positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient medical care to patients Ensure accurate charting and documentation Manage cases for patients with chronic conditions Consult with the Medical Director on diagnosis or management concerns Arrange timely consultations with specialists Participate in staff meetings and contribute to clinic improvements Prescribe necessary medications Assist with audits to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations Serve as a preceptor for medical and advanced practice students Participate in daily team huddles Support nursing staff with policies and procedures Schedule and Shift Details Willingness to work off hours and overtime as needed to support patient care Travel Ability to rotate between multiple clinic locations as required Qualifications Doctorate degree Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration At least one of the following certifications or licenses: Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional (CCRP) American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in California Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team At Nurchure Staffing Solutions we re dedicated to matching you with opportunities that align perfectly with your skills and career aspirations.
