The OpportunityAs a Staff Product Designer on our acquisition and partner experiences team youll design experiences that attract compel and convert users to members.  Youll turn insight into impact - using design to attract compel and convert prospects into members who take control of their finances.Youll be part of an Agile team with Product Engineering QA and Data that collaborates to deliver digital experiences that convert consumers turn intent into action and build an interactive layer to drive engagement and help consumers improve their financial situation. Your design decisions will directly impact key growth metrics like traffic engagement and conversion. This is a hands-on high-impact role for a seasoned designer who loves being part of a cross-functional team and collaborating to deliver business/consumer impact engagement and team velocity.   What Youll Drive1. Shape the Future of AcquisitionDefine the future of Achieves acquisition experiences by converting and qualifying consumers into the product portfolio.Own the user journey by creating the first impression and nurturing users toward conversion through intuitive trustworthy and optimized experiences.Drive innovation by shaping new product experiences and connecting the dots across customer needs market shifts and emerging technologies.2. Engage and Convert ConsumersDesign test and optimize experiences that compel users to interact learn and pursue membership.Design test and optimize conversion paths that help users move from debt problem to debt solution.3. Turn Insights Into OutcomesPartner with Product and Data to identify opportunities form hypotheses and design measurable experiments that impact key business metrics.Perform qualitative and market research to deepen understanding of consumer behavior and the competitive landscape.4. Execute With ExcellenceBring ideas to life through end-to-end design: discovery rapid prototyping testing high-fidelity visuals and production-ready specifications.Collaborate with an Agile team to ensure seamless execution and high consumer and business impact.5.
