As a Staff Product Designer at Milliman IntelliScript you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our SaaS products driving innovation and user-centric solutions across our platforms (Irix Curv R&D and more). You will serve as a player/coachbalancing hands-on design work with leadership and mentorship responsibilitieswhile partnering closely with Product Management Engineering and key stakeholders. Youll be instrumental in establishing and evolving our design practice helping us deliver exceptional experiences that delight our clients and drive business impact.This is an opportunity to lead and grow a design function within a fast-paced collaborative and highly technical environment. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield WI for quarterly PI Planning meetings and one annual company meeting.CompensationThe overall salary range for this role is $117500 - $249780.
