Our goal is to reduce friction while preserving user trust so more people can safely explore the world of Web3.What youll doYoull lead the design of user experiences that drive adoption and retention across MetaMask products. Youll explore problems from multiple angles bring clarity to ambiguous challenges and deliver designs that balance growth goals with usability and trust. Whether its optimizing the transaction experience crafting new activation surfaces or identifying patterns across journeys your work will directly impact how millions of people experience MetaMask for the first timeand keep coming back.Youll also help elevate design quality across the team by giving thoughtful feedback partnering closely with engineers and mentoring other designers.
