This role is for an experienced backend developer passionate about building impactful customer applications. You will tackle complex problems, iterate quickly, and contribute to a collaborative team pushing boundaries in modern procurement software. Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend systems using Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and scalability.Collaborate closely with front-end teams utilizing React and TypeScript, as well as other cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused solutions.Utilize your expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Docker to build robust, secure applications.Take ownership of development cycles, with an emphasis on fast iteration and immediate customer feedback.Engage in knowledge sharing and contribute to a supportive, innovative team environment. Ideal Candidate Profile 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, with knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL.Proficiency in Docker, with experience in high-growth, venture-backed startups.Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React/TS preferred).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Excited to work on-site in San Francisco with an international, agile team.
