Our team creates products are built on a mature cloud-native event-driven microservices architecture hosted in AWS.SailPoint is seeking a Staff Backend Software Engineer to help build a new cloud-based SaaS identity analytics product. We are looking for well-rounded backend or full stack engineers who are passionate about building and delivering reliable scalable microservices and infrastructure for SaaS products.As one of the first members on the team you will be integral in building this product and will be part of an agile team that is in startup mode. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect SailPoints differing products industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary for US-based employees will be in this range from (min-mid-max USD): $129000 - $184300 - $239600Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employees home location.Benefits Overview1.
