The selected candidate for this role will perform split administrative duties in the Security Office as well as providing receptionist duties for the facility. This position requires a friendly and professioonal demeanor and requires that you are able to multi taks efficiently.What You Will DoThis role will also cover other security areas to include Personnel Security and Visitor Control and the candidate will conduct security indoctrinations annual refresher briefings and debriefings of personnel and will utilize Access Commander internal databasesand DoD databases on a daily basis.Candidate shall provide security support to all teammates within the Facility at the discretion of the Security ManagerConduct random package and bag inspections at facility entrancesCreating employee and non-employee badgesCompleting citizenship verification and fingerprints for employees and pre-hiresProcessing need-to-know forms and updating access listsAssist with classified document control/accountability of classified media shipped and receivedAssist with implementing and tracking Security Education and trainings.Coordinate with visitor hosts and advise them of site visit procedures and security requirementsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requiresan AA/AS degree(or other 2-year posthigh school training)with a minimum of6 years of relevantexperience.Experience with MicroosoftExperience in Customer Service.Experience in data entry or database management.Qualifications We ValueFamiliarity with VMS DISS Access Commander and CCureCustomer service orientedWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions behaviors and performance with a vision for a safer more connected world.
