Involved in projects prioritization and initiation responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies performing regular tracking and reporting on progress and accountable for initiative results verification.Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility including control of resources and influences policy formulation.Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational product management manufacturing technology or engineering. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements risk and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others options on particular topics. For U.S. based positions only the pay range for this position is $130400.00-$195600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills qualifications experience and addition this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
