Job Description

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday (Business Hours) plus On-Call RotationThe Groves Senior Living is hiring aStaffing and Recruitment Coordinatorto join our Health and Wellness leadership team. This role works under the Health and Wellness Director and shares supervisory responsibility with the Resident Care Coordinator. Together you will recruit hire schedule coach and support our caregiver team in Assisted Living and Memory Care.This is a supervisory position that combines people leadership with administrative work. Candidates must beArizona Certified Caregivers and able to step into a caregiver or medication assistant shift only when needed to ensure full coverage. Youll thrive in this role if you enjoy connecting with people solving problems staying organized and supporting a team behind the scenes.What Youll DoRecruiting and HiringRecruit caregivers through job boards walk-ins referrals and community partnerships.Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with the Health and Wellness Director and RCC.Support the full hiring process including reference checks onboarding steps and regulatory documentation.Build and maintain a strong values-aligned caregiver pipeline.Schedule new hire orientation and training.Scheduling and StaffingCreate and maintain caregiver schedules for Assisted Living and Memory Care.Respond to call outs open shifts and daily staffing needs with calm solution-focused communication.Work closely with the RCC to ensure resident care needs are always covered.Participate in the on-call staffing rotation.Provide hands-on support as a caregiver or med-tech only when needed to ensure full coverage.Leadership and Team SupportProvide daily support coaching and redirection to caregivers.Help monitor attendance and follow up with caregivers as needed.Assist with corrective actions and documentation with all discipline or termination decisions made as a team with the HWD and RCC.Model professionalism teamwork and compassionate resident care.Required QualificationsCandidates must already have or be able to obtain quickly:Arizona Certified Caregiver credentialCurrent CPR and First Aid CertificationNegative TB test within the past 12 monthsActive Arizona Fingerprint Clearance CardFood Handler CardMust pass abackground checkanddrug screenPreferred QualificationsAt least six months of caregiving experienceExperience supervising or leading othersComfortable learning computer-based scheduling systemsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to stay calm and focused when staffing needs shift quicklyWhy Youll Love Working HereAt The Groves youll be part of a warm and supportive leadership team that communicates openly works together and values integrity teamwork joy and accountability.
