This role will report to Sr. Manager, TA Operations and based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in office role. This is a contract position, 6-12 months.Role and Responsibilities:Schedule interviews for all incoming candidatesMaintain positive, professional candidate experience including bringing candidates to and from interview rooms/meetings if necessary, bringing lunches for candidates, etc.Coordinate with BE organization for all interviewsCoordinate candidate travel arrangementsManage candidate expense report formsSupport recruiters by inputting data in ATSAssist recruiting team with sourcing top talentAssist in creating status update reports for hiring managersProvide friendly & reliable feedback to candidates and internal customersInitiate and monitor background checksReview and adjudicate backgrounds per our matrix and policyWork closely with recruiting team on their open positions and managing candidate schedulesEnsure all aspects of on-site interviews are timely and organizedPerform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting teamWork closely with other HR team members to constantly refine hiring processPull and organize reporting on open positions and other items as needed utilizing Microsoft Excel and WorkdayUtilize Workday to move candidates into background offer stagesSkills and Experience: High School Diploma requiredCollege Degree preferred3-5 years professional work experience in an administrative or coordination capacityAbility to work with C level executives and senior managementMust be flexible, adaptable, fast-paced, patient and have extraordinary tolerance for last minute changeMust act with urgency, be nimble as schedules change and partner effectively with other TA Coordinators and TeamHighly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their own work efficientlyStrong Microsoft Outlook skills and proficient with other calendar toolsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsFast learner, self-starter and very proactiveMaintain a high level of confidentialityHigh energy, driven, articulate and friendly personality with a customer service mindsetExcellent people skills but not afraid of people or detail-oriented workGreat attention to detailDesire to learn more about recruiting and human resources
