• Provide high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure accurate and timely documentation

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification

• 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting (preferred)

• Ability to relocate to East Palestine, OH before starting work

• Ability to work in person
