Location: St. Charles, MO

Compensation: $21.84 - $26/hr. with pay increases at 30 days, 6 and 12 months.

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

Key Responsibilities of Welder:

• Set up and operate welders for MIG welding of steel and aluminum products.
• Adjust welders as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
• Consistently produce high-quality welds with minimal supervision.
• Interpret blueprints and symbols, ensuring production matches specifications.
• Use a variety of tools (welding table, prints, tape measure, protractor, clamps) to fabricate products without a fixture.
• Work closely with management and team members to communicate production issues and seek solutions.

What You Bring:

• Proven MIG welding experience.
• Background in manufacturing and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work overhead, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Able to walk or stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
• Experience using power and hand tools.
