LINK Staffing is actively placing a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist with a state-of-the-art compounding pharmacy in Jupiter, Florida. This is a permanent, direct-hire role.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $145,000/year
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Location: On-site | Jupiter, FL (not remote)

What You'll Do

As the operational lead for a USP 797-compliant sterile cleanroom, you will:

• Oversee daily cleanroom operations, compounding workflows, and batch scheduling
• Supervise and train pharmacy technicians in sterile admixture and IV preparation
• Review and approve batch records prior to product release
• Manage controlled substance logs and compounding records
• Lead deviation investigations and CAPA (corrective and preventive action) processes
• Collaborate with the quality unit on audits, formula development, and process improvements
• Ensure strict compliance with USP 797 standards and all state/federal regulations

Required Qualifications

• PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program
• Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing
• Hands-on sterile compounding experience as a licensed pharmacist in a USP 797-compliant cleanroom — non-negotiable; candidates without this will not be considered
• Experience reviewing and approving batch records
• Working knowledge of CAPA processes and deviation investigations
• Experience supervising pharmacy technicians in a cleanroom environment
• 503A or 503B pharmacy experience strongly preferred
