DescriptionWere searching for a Certified Sterile Processing Technician someone who works well in a fast-paced this position you will provide for the efficient processing of instruments and sterilization throughout the hospital.Think youve got what it takesJob Duties & Responsibilities :Processes decontaminated medical devices as they are received according to established priorities medical device IFUsand best practices.Receives instruments from the decontamination area and processes appropriately.Performs physical and environmental duties as designated on a routine daily basis including but not limited to cleaningwork space/instrument room/cabinets emptying biohazards waste monitoring sterilizers and checking environmentalmonitorsCompletes sterilization processes.Performs high level disinfection.Performs other duties as assigned including other essential instrument room duties.Skills & Requirements :Preferred EducationHigh School Diploma or GEDLicense Required (1)CRCST - Cert-Cert Reg Cent Ser TECH by The Healthcare Sterile Processing Association ORCSPDT - Cert-Sterile Proc & Dist Tech by the Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician issued by The Certification Board for Sterile Processing and DistributionRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Freelance Writing,Lab,DCS,Investment,Administration Support,Import & Export Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
