STNA - Dayshift FT/PT

As a STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) on our Dayshift team, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to nurse staff

Support residents' independence and dignity through assistive devices and mobility aids

Participate in resident care planning and implementation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to identify and address resident needs

High school diploma or equivalent required

Completion of an approved STNA training program and registration with the Ohio Department of Health

Ability to lift, push, and pull residents and equipment as needed

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
