Store Imagery Spec at Bass Pro Shops

POSITION SUMMARY:The Store Imagery Specialist will work with a team responsible for the creation and design of the interior of the Bass Pro Outdoor World stores. This position requires a creative artistic person who can travel extensively and has the ability and willingness to work in a construction environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Create diorama presentations and install artifacts.Work closely with Imagery Manager to achieve Imagery design standards and maximize design potential.Work closely with corporate vendors and contractors in the development and completion of ongoing assigned projects.Transport supplies taxidermy and artifacts to locations as neededKeep the Imagery warehouse organized and stockedEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or EquivalentKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY: Possess creative dimensional skills planning and analytical skills and have knowledge of basic design principles.Knowledge of basic carpentry hand tools and paint applications are required.Willingness to work in a construction environment. May have to wear construction gear (hard hat/boots).Enjoys physical work and can lift up to 75 poundsAble to work in high places and operate aerial liftsPossess a Valid drivers license and clean driving recordForklift certified is a plusExcellent time management skills organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Results driven with a sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment operating with composure impeccable discretion and sound judgment.Courteous professional and positive.Zealous attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Required travel 50% or more.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Regularly walks stands does computer work and lifts up to 50 lbs.Occasionally sits.INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:Performs tasks and duties under general supervision using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
