As a Store Manager youll lead a team of skilled technicians deliver outstanding customer service and drive business growth. Our high-volume stores and generous bonus structure allow top performers to earn over $120K annually.What youll do:Lead the Team: Motivate coach and develop a high-performing team.Delight Customers: Provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.Drive Sales: Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.Manage Operations: Oversee daily shop operations and ensure efficiency. Other duties as assigned.What youll need:Strong leadership and communication skillsA passion for sales and customer serviceA drive to succeed and a proven track record of driving salesMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field preferred. SALES EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIREDProficient in computer software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite shop management software like Tekmetric).Valid drivers license and a clean driving record (may be required).If youre a self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed apply today!
