They are responsible for leading managing and continuously developing all aspects of their stores business. They will be responsible for consistently achieving sales & profitability goals operational objectives merchandising standards and developing a highly successful Sales Operations and Visual team.Business LeaderDevelop and execute the stores retail strategiesLocal market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitorsAware of business trends that relate to the success of the storeDemonstrate strong business acumen through KPIs to develop and support business driving strategiesLead team by leveraging company tools incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals People LeaderEnsure that the store team exudes ALOs mission and guiding principles to effectively communicate to our guests who we are what we do and why we do what we doDevelops an environment of growth accountability and inclusivity through development performance management training and consistent coaching Conducts talent analysis of colleagues and establish career progression plans for key players and positions to result in retention of best talent and turnover reductionEstablish internal & external pipeline through succession planning and recruitment strategyOperations LeaderOversee Sales & Service Operations and Visual Managers to ensure execution of all key strategiesOversee and support execution of key operational and visual guidelines Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance dataSupport a safe work environment and efficient operation Develop schedules that deliver business results while maintaining labor effectivelyFlow Experience LeaderCollaborate with cross-functional business partners to support organizational goalsIs an ALO ambassador and creates a culture that aligns with our missionDemonstrate an ability to navigate the organization with a balance of business need and brand cultureCreate and implement effective communication strategies throughout store to achieve goals and KPIsStore Manager Qualifications5 years of retail or related industry leadership experienceWorking knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel and Outlook) Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and writtenHighly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced innovative environmentIndependent work ethic time management skills and personal accountabilityAligns with and embodies ALOs Guiding PrinciplesBusiness owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit Requires constant movement in and around all areas of storeAbility to lift push carry or otherwise move up to 50 poundsAbility to lift bend kneel climb crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladderAbility to stand and move for an entire shiftStore Manager ScheduleTo build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams we expect all full-time employees to have open availability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends.
