Strong organizational communication and computer skills are required.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in human services and prior case management experience preferred.A combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for a degree.If you have a passion for working with seniors or adults with disabilities then you will fit right in! We are always looking for team members who are driven to quickly learn new skills about all aspects of the benefits and services available to aging Vermonters.
