This role is hands-on blending leadership customer service and light technical work to ensure the store runs smoothly customers leave satisfied and associates are set up for success.What Youll DoLead coach and develop a high-performing team to meet company goals.Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing merchandising and inventory management.Track and support performance against key metrics (KPIs) to ensure business success.Deliver exceptional customer service and support technical offerings such as battery testing installations and device repair.Maintain store appearance safety compliance and operational standards.Grow business by driving retail sales and expanding commercial accounts.What Were Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or retail management preferred.Minimum of 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience.Experience in commercial sales is desirable.Strong leadership communication and customer service abilities.Ability to coach resolve conflicts and problem-solve effectively.Technical aptitude for light repair battery testing and installation.Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.Flexible schedule availability including weekends evenings and occasional travel.Why Batteries PlusJoin a company that powers peoples lives every day.
