Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Conduct shift management duties to ensure smooth transitions between teams during busy periods. Skills Extensive experience in food industry management with a focus on quick service & fast food restaurant operations. Proven leadership skills in supervising teams within hospitality or restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and reporting. Expertise in inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures. Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards. Excellent communication skills for staff training, interviewing potential team members, and customer interactions. Experience with kitchen management including food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary standards. Background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence in casual dining or banquet settings. Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple departments such as bar operations or catering services if applicable.
