Join Our Team as a Store Manager
We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail operations and create an exceptional in-store experience. In this role, you'll take ownership of daily operations, team leadership, merchandising, and sales performance-ensuring the store runs efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll DoAs Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the store, including:
- Leading and directing all daily retail operations within company guidelines
- Driving sales performance by setting goals, identifying opportunities, and coaching your team
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team
- Managing scheduling, payroll, and staffing to optimize productivity
- Overseeing inventory accuracy, merchandising, and shrink control
- Ensuring store presentation and displays maximize sales potential
- Handling customer and employee concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Monitoring financial performance, including sales, expenses, and margins
- Preparing for promotions, advertising campaigns, and seasonal changes
- Maintaining store safety, security, and compliance with company policies
- Conducting team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training
- Acting as Key Holder, including opening/closing responsibilities and cash management
- 5-8 years of retail and management experience
- Proven success leading teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, and sales budgeting
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of hardware products and home improvement projects (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, climbing, and twisting
- Comfortable using POS systems, scanners, and computers
