Job Title: Stormwater Project Engineer Location: Denver CO Prioritized must haves for the Stormwater Project Engineer: #1. BS in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering #2. Registered Professional Engineer in Colorado or the ability to obtain within 6 months. #3. Minimum of 7 years of drainage design experience #4. Experience with some or all of the following: Open Roads Designer SUDA Civ3D SSA CivilStorm SRH2D HEC-RAS HEC-RAS2D HY-8 Requirements for the Stormwater Project Engineer: Required Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering. Must be a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado or have the ability to obtain licensure within six months. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. At least 7 years of experience in drainage design. Familiarity with software such as Open Roads Designer SUDA Civil 3D SSA CivilStorm SRH2D HEC-RAS HEC-RAS 2D and HY-8. Preferred Education and Experience: Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering. Experience collaborating with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). Experience working with local municipalities. Knowledge of GIS technology. Proficiency in some or all of the following software: ORD SUDA Civil 3D SSA CivilStorm SRH2D HEC-RAS HEC-RAS 2D and HY-8.
