Job Description

Empower Strategic Account ManagerDevelop and execute Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth increase market share and position the company as a strategic supplier at Key assigned customers.Manage assigned customers and possess good understanding of customer requirements.Develop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers organization and departments as well as drive timely productive and effective resolution of customer issues.Lead and drive new business demand creation with Application Engineers and Business Units to secure successful design win penetrations at customers R&D and design centers.Work closely and support Business Units on Competitor analysis market intelligence and pricing negotiations.Provide timely and accurate demand forecasts and close loop communication to ensure smooth support and responsiveness to customers.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of semiconductor customers in the assigned territory.Identify new business opportunities and convert them into design wins.Collaborate with Field Applications Engineers (FAEs) and product line teams to align customer needs with product offerings.Maintain accurate sales forecasts and funnel data in CRM tools.Represent the company at customer meetings trade shows and industry events.QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience8-10 years of experience in semiconductor sales or field applications engineering managing large global accountsStrong understanding of analog power or imaging semiconductor products.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex accounts.Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Bidding,Crane,Finance Management,Accountancy,Avionics,Blackberry Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
