Ready to make a difference Apply today.Position OverviewAs a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) you will act as a focal point of contact for eClinicalWorks clients. The SAM is responsible for ensuring that the healthcare information technology platform comprising of eClinicalWorks and healow Product suite and components such as Database Tomcat Drug etc. are current and up to date. The SAM is also responsible for building and managing client relationships client business assessment risk management SWOT analysis leading to client satisfaction and retention.ResponsibilitiesInitiate and manage project plans for upgrading eClinicalWorks and healow Product suite and components such as Database Tomcat Drug.Ensuring clients are on the latest versions of eClinicalWorks and healow Product suite and components such as Database Tomcat DrugManage assigned client/s accounts and act as a backup as neededMaintain product (eClinicalWorks & healow product suite) knowledge and demonstrate product (eClinicalWorks & healow product suite) knowledge to clientsKeeping abreast of Healthcare IT Industry knowledgeResponsible for on-site client visits or conferences if applicableReport any incidents related to HIPAA Patient Safety Regulatory and Certification Security & Privacy instances on a timely basisRecord and respond timely to client feedbackPlan deployment of any critical patient safety or regulatory patchesComplete and maintain all patient safety regulatory and compliance trainings on timeCompletion of all required SAM Department trainingsReviewing and actioning the feedback received from customers through PSR - (Periodic Service Review) as applicablePerform other duties as assignedExperience/Education RequirementsBachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferredAdheres to all company policies and mandatory compliance protocols as required by eCW1 year of client management experience1 year of conflict management experienceAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeOther Skills/AbilitiesStrategic thinking and planningCritical and analytical thinking skillsEffective Management and DelegationAbility to identify operational problems and drive monitoring alerting and solutions to include recovery and proceduresAbility to multi-taskPlanning Forecasting Tools and Time Management SkillsAbility to provide timely and constructive feedback and evaluation on projectsProject Management skillsEffective communication skills - Oral and WrittenGood presentation skillsConflict Management Skills (External/Internal)Basic understanding of operating systems platforms and connectivity tools such as LogMeIn webbed zoom MS TeamsBasic knowledge of technology components such as - Java/Tomcat structure and databasesEffective Problem-Solving SkillsAbility to identify risks and gaps along with mitigation planKnowledge and effective understanding of tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to adapt to new processes and technologiesCompensationSalary Range - $60000 - $70000 USDThis role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range above exclusive of potential bonuses.
