At Crossroads we are committed to delivering innovative and effective solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients and help them achieve their goals.Job Description: Strategic Communications & Outreach SpecialistPosition OverviewThe Strategic Communications & Outreach Specialist supports the DHA OSBP by planning developing coordinating and delivering communication products outreach activities stakeholder messaging and external engagement strategies. This role enhances DHAs visibility with small business stakeholders and ensures consistent compliant and mission-aligned communication across digital platforms and events.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Communication DevelopmentSupport the creation and maintenance of written communication products including:Annual Small Business Executive SummaryNewslettersTraining and marketing materialsBriefings and written stakeholder messagingDevelop draft and coordinate messaging for dissemination via DHA-approved websites SharePoint and social media channels.Monitor industry and public-facing information platforms ensuring timely posting of relevant content.Website & Digital Content ManagementCoordinate with DHA website managers to maintain update and manage content on the OSBP SBO SharePoint-based public website.Ensure links data and digital assets remain accurate accessible and aligned with current program requirements. Develop dynamic web content to improve accessibility and understanding among small business stakeholders.Outreach Planning & ExecutionAssist in planning organizing conducting and assessing outreach events (in-person hybrid or virtual) as directed by the COR.Prepare outreach authorization documentation for senior leadership approval.Submit monthly written recommendations on participation in new external events.
