State Street Investment Management is building the next generation of ETF distribution by embedding directly into the fastest growing digital wealth platforms.We are not looking for a traditional asset management distribution head.We are looking for a platform dealmaker.This Vice President will help lead Direct Retail Digital Wealth Partnerships with a clear mandate: sign long term, scalable partnerships that integrate SSIM ETF capabilities into digital brokers, neo banks, robo advisors and embedded finance ecosystems.If you have built strategic partnerships at a digital platform and understand both user growth and monetization economics, this role is built for you.Location: Boston, MA; Stamford, CT; New York or APAC (Tokyo)What You Will Do ​Define partnership strategy rather than simply negotiating agreements.Work alongside Product to shape retail propositions and future platform capabilities.Partner closely with Marketing to design scalable consumer activation strategies.Leverage data and behavioural insights to improve how we prioritise opportunities and allocate investment.Help us identify the next growth engines for the business, beyond what today is ETF as a Service.Contribute to our international strategy by transferring successful models across the US, Europe and Asia rather than allowing each region to reinvent the wheel independently.Drive Internal ExecutionAct as the commercial owner across product, capital markets, legal and financeTranslate platform needs into institutional capabilitiesPush for speed, clarity and accountabilityWho You AreYou have 10 plus years experience in fintech, digital brokerage, asset management partnerships or platform strategyYou have signed large, complex, multi year distribution or monetization agreementsYou understand platform economics including user acquisition, engagement, recurring revenue and margin leverageYou are fluent in ETFs, savings plans, model portfolios and embedded investingYou are comfortable navigating institutional environments while maintaining fintech speedWhy This Role Is DifferentYou will not manage legacy channelsYou will build the future channelYou will combine institutional scale with platform innovationYou will shape how millions of retail investors access ETFsSuccess Looks LikeMulti year embedded platform agreementsMaterial recurring net flows from digital wealth partnersDurable, scalable monetization structures aligned to partner growthSalary Range: $110,000 - $207,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
