This role provides data and analytics expertise to drive decision-making and process improvements, while ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned. The position requires minimal supervision and serves as a resource to others across the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.Key AccountabilitiesPlan and execute initiatives aligned with business prioritiesProvide healthcare analytics and data expertise to support process developmentCollaborate closely with Enterprise Analytics leadership to create stable and improved processesPartner with the business to ensure full understanding of the impact of changes and secure stakeholder buy-in and readinessInfluence teams by recommending new projects or work proceduresApply professional principles to contribute to team objectivesModify job practices and processes to improve outcomesMaintain a consistent work scheduleThe successful candidate will demonstrate full proficiency in their professional field and contribute meaningfully to team objectives. They will be capable of making moderate decisions within their scope, recommending improvements, and influencing outcomes. This individual will be a collaborative team member who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering measurable results.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field5 years of work experience beyond the degreePreferred QualificationsMaster's degree (MA or MS)5+ years of experience in the healthcare industryExperience in healthcare analyticsGeneral knowledge of business analyst tools (e.g., process documentation, requirements gathering, implementation planning)Business Analyst Professional Certification (preferred)Project Management Professional Certification (preferred)Lean/Six Sigma Belt Certification (preferred)Skills and AbilitiesProven experience in project management or business analysisStrong problem-solving skills with a track record of managing complex issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technical and analytics teamsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAdaptability to changing client needs and project requirementsStrong relationship-building skills across all organizational levelsStrong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilitiesDeep understanding of business needs and customer trustCreative problem-solving with attention to detail and strategic perspectiveThis position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN, Madison, WI, Omaha, NE, or St. Louis, MO.The full salary grade for this position is $87,100 - $149,300. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $87,100 - $130,620. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
