The ideal candidate will bring a blend of financial services experience tech-savvy problem solving and a passion for continuous improvement. This role partners closely with the COO of the Business Strategy & Development team (BSD) to improve processes create efficiencies influence long-term team goals and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities and duties are focused on project execution strategy business analysis operational efficiency and team advocacy.Responsibilities of the Role:Enhance and manage BSD dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to track pipeline activity and productivityAnalyze dashboard outputs and synthesize insights to support leadership decisionsSupport execution and collaboration on BSD strategic initiatives projects and tactical activitiesDrive adoption and training of AI tools and other technologies across the teamUtilize AI tools to enhance team productivity and educate team on these toolsIdentify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivityStreamline operational processes to enable focus on growth and revenue-driving activitiesManage and track team technology and data services budget for optimal useBuild strong relationships across all levels and partner with stakeholders to align processes and deliver a consistent high-quality client experienceRequirements of the role:Undergraduate degree required (Business or related discipline preferred); MBA/CFA a plus27 years of experience in financial services or a related fieldEntrepreneurial adaptable and solutions-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to succeedEffective communicator comfortable presenting to colleagues across the organizationProficient in Power BI Tableau Excel and PowerPointSelf-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent project management prioritization and multitasking skills with attention to detailAbility to perform under pressure meet tight deadlines and maintain a continuous desire for personal and professional growthFull Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)YesWorkplace ModelPursuant to Invescos Workplace Policy employees are expected to comply with the firms most current workplace model which as of October 1 2025 includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
