This is an opportunity to solve complex problems drive measurable outcomes and scale a rapidly expanding commercial solution.The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader and proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity builds alignment across teams and turns never been done before initiatives into consistent precedents and scalable processes.How youll make an impact:Become an expert on our commercial solutionunderstanding its strategy operations and data flowsManage day-to-day project activities and administration across multiple workstreamsLead project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely deliveryPrioritize and refine requirements support customization and launch efforts and coordinate cross-functional dependenciesAnticipate risks propose solutions and drive accountability across teamsDevelop and maintain reporting on project health milestones and KPIsCollaborate across internal teams (Client Services Sales Data Product Sales Ops Finance) to ensure alignment and continuous improvementWhat were looking for:5-7 years work experience (inclusive of school)You have successfully led multiple projects and priorities across multiple teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentYou have excellent verbal and written communication skillsComfort with data and identifying actionable insights; can read and interpret SQL queriesProficiency with Excel PowerPoint and Google Workspace appsExperience/background in the Life Science industry is a strong plusYou can connect technical changes in the codebase to commercial outcomestracking feature releases to ensure teams stay aligned on whats liveMBA is preferred*Must be willing to travel 30% for the first 6 months; travel will decrease to 10% thereafter.*CompensationThe US total compensation range for this full-time position is $111000 - $150000 (inclusive of salary equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills experience and education/training.
