Strategic Partnership Development Manager (Full-Time Hybrid Partner Relations - Referred-In) Location: Ogden, Utah

Compensation Range: Base $60,000 + bonus (OTE $100,000-$120,000) About the Role We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our Partner Relations team. This role plays a critical part in the firm's long-term growth by building and activating new law firm partnerships that generate inbound referrals. This position sits at the center of our case acquisition strategy and is responsible for developing strong partnerships, creating a consistent pipeline of referral opportunities, and helping build a scalable partner network. With the right level of ownership, drive, and follow-through, this role offers a clear path for growth as the Partner Relations function continues to expand. What You'll Own As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and activating new referral partnerships and driving consistent referral activity. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and prospecting law firms aligned with Lowe Law Group's referral strategy
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective and active referral partners
- Initiating outreach and developing professional relationships with attorneys and decision-makers
- Converting prospective firms into active referral partners
- Supporting onboarding and guiding partners through early engagement
- Driving consistent referral volume through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Serving as the primary point of contact for referral partners and maintaining consistent communication
- Setting expectations with partners and ensuring a professional, responsive experience
- Monitoring partner activity, referral volume, and engagement levels
- Tracking pipeline activity, conversion progress, and partner performance
- Identifying opportunities to expand relationships and increase referral volume
- Coordinating transition of partners to long-term relationship management as appropriate
- Identifying inefficiencies in partner development and onboarding workflows and contributing to process improvements
- Taking ownership of opportunities and following them through to completion
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with attorneys and professional partners
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent follow-through
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Experience using CRM or pipeline tracking tools
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management
- Experience prospecting, engaging, and converting external stakeholders into active partnerships
- Experience managing pipeline-driven or quota-based workflows
- Experience in professional services or legal services is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- You consistently bring on new, high-quality referral partners
- Your partners begin sending cases quickly and consistently
- Your pipeline is organized, active, and converting
- You maintain strong follow-through and opportunities do not stall
- You effectively track and manage partner performance and referral activity
- You identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Partners have a smooth onboarding experience and clear expectations
- Hybrid role with in-office collaboration required (3 days per week)
- Prolonged periods of desk and computer work
- Frequent communication via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Occasional travel to conferences or partner meetings (2-4 times per year)
- Base salary of $60,000
- Performance-based bonus structure (OTE $100,000-$120,000+)
