Join Fannie Mae to grow your career and help people find a place to call home.Job DescriptionAs a valued colleague on our team you will lead efforts for planning directing or executing activities related to acquisition of goods and this role your responsibilities will include competitive selection of supplier(s) by following Fannie Maes strategic sourcing process and contracting based on established guidelines.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Supply Base Management- Category Management- Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Lead the team in gathering information about the equipment provisions services and other needs of Fannie Mae. Manage RFx process including communication between business unit stakeholders and suppliers.Negotiate agreement terms (mainly for Software Hardware and Data) with selected suppliers. Lead communication with key stakeholders (legal BU finance etc.) to execute contracts.
