Strategic Sourcing Analyst

The Strategic Sourcing Analyst is responsible for a variety of key projects in the procurement team, including product integrity, purchase order tracking, inventory balancing between warehouses and product procurement for assigned suppliers for Union Supply's wholesale and direct to inmate replenishment. This position works closely with replenishment buyers, category managers, distribution center employees and sales team members. This position must ensure strong attention to detail and the highest level of accuracy and service levels.

• Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience needed
• Minimum 2 years replenishment experience or experience in a related field
• Knowledge of supply chain management, customer service, and vendor management
• Experience in Purchasing and/or ERP systems
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office-especially Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as Microsoft Outlook
• Must be organized, analytical and posses highly developed written/oral communication, and interpersonal skills
