Stretch, Flexibility, and Mobility - Group Instructor at UFC GYM LANCASTER

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition: We are looking for motivated, HIGH ENERGY, and passionate individuals with experience in the health and wellness industry to join our UFC GYM Lancaster team! The Stretch, Flexibility, and Mobility Coach will provide Group Class as well as one-on-one & small-group personal training. This is a part-time position, evenings and/or weekends, 1-2 days per week.Responsibilities:Deliver Group Stretch Classes for up to 20 membersProvide one-on-one Personal Training assisted stretch sessions as well as Small-Group Personal Training Stretch Classes for up to 6 clients.Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch classes.Build UFC GYM membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leadsEnsure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce UFC GYM policies and safety rulesAttend staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concerns when applicableMaintain strong social media presence to client membership and retentionClean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given timeRequirements:Specific experience teaching stretching, mobility, and flexibility classesMust personally be in excellent physical shape with the ability to demonstrate and perform all exercises included in training.Experience with sports and athletic training is preferred.Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor is a plusExperience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with a clientA fitness certification requiredAbility to create a positive environment that welcomes all peopleFantastic communication skills and exudes empathyMust love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goalsMust have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
