Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:This is a grant funded position. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be able to provide more details in the form of a Grant Funded Position Agreement.Position PurposeThe SF² Network & Quality Coordinator provides leadership quality assurance management and coordination of program services. Cultivates a culture of partnerships and innovation for the organization through collaborations within and outside The Village. Creates future actions for the SF² Network.What you will doPartner with the SF² Network to ensure integration of services development of system of support and expansion of system of careEngage in data driven decision making management quality improvement and planning; integrate and create efficiencies within and outside organizations; create reports that support the continuous improvement of services and ensures high quality in databasesCollaboratively develop work plans and work agreements to meet programmatic goals and objectivesFacilitate inter-agency meetings and provide training and education both internally and externallyManage the processes and protocols for new referralsMonitor staff performance including completion of all requisite documentation standards and ensuring corrective action if needed with the SF² NetworkContribute to agency visibility and development of community linkages by representing The Village in community groups or committees as requestedMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree in non-profit management social services/human services public policy child and family development or other related fields requiredPosition Highlights and BenefitsFull time 40hrs M-F daysExcellent benefits - starting day 1!Ministry/Facility InformationSaint Francis Hospitaliscommitted to exceeding the expectations of our patients and families by providing world-class service in a progressive people-centered compassionate health care environment.
