Job Description Serve as an upper-level structural engineer supporting solar and industrial projects.Perform detailed structural analysis and design across multiple materials and systems.Review and approve design calculations reports and drawings.Collaborate with senior engineers to define project scope and schedules.Supervise 35 engineers and drafters to ensure timely accurate deliverables.Develop cold-formed steel shop drawings and ensure CAD standards are maintained.Apply IBC AWC AISC ACI ASCE and AISI standards to project designs. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred).Licensed Professional Engineer (SE a plus).5 years of structural engineering experience.Familiarity with cold-formed steel solar mounting systems and design codes.Leadership capability and desire to grow into a director-level role.
