Temp-to-HireJob Title: Structural FabricatorLocation: Marietta OKPay: $19/hourSchedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PMJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled StructuralFabricator to fabricate conveyor components and operate structural machines. The ideal candidate will have experience reading engineering drawings working with shop tools and maintaining high productivity and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Fabricate metal conveyor components according to specifications.Understand set up and operate all assigned structural machines.Identify errors on prints and cut lists and communicate them to supervisors.Train new employees on machine operation and safety procedures.Maintain productivity and quality standards while ensuring safety.Identify and report potential safety hazards.Perform lead person duties when needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area; assist in keeping the facility orderly.Follow all company safety housekeeping and work standards.Participate in training and support personal development.Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Minimum 6 months experience as a Fabricator or similar role.Proficient in shop math and able to read engineering drawings.Skilled at reading tape measures to 1/32 and using dial calipers.Able to operate assigned fabrication machinery and instruct others in its use.Strong problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Competencies:Commitment to integrity reliability and accountability.Strong organizational and leadership abilities.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
