DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS:Detail-orientedProblem solving and decision makingEssential Duties Summary:Inspects building systems.Modify spaces with structural wall modification. Document’s discrepancies. Maintains building structure repairs. Maintains building equipment as required. Preforms recoating, paint, and drywall. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.% FTE:2Hiring Range:$26.46-$33.74Education:High School diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent preferred.Required Licensing/Certification:None required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of:Procedures, Best Practices, and requirements.Routine, preventive, and corrective building maintenance.Requires some seasoning and experience beyond the entry level to conduct moderately complex work.
