Structural WelderPay: $20$25/hour $2 Shift DifferentialLocation: TulsaHours: MondayFriday 5:00pm-3:30amJob Type: Temp-to-HireJob Order #: 123036Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Welder to join a high-performing fabrication environment. The Structural Welder will interpret blueprints execute precision welds in multiple positions set up and adjust welding equipment and ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards.Weld Test Information 12 GA Steel MIG (Pulse Arc) Multiple positions Downhill butt weld Fillet weld Overhead weldKey Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to identify welding requirements Set up and operate welding machines adjusting amperage voltage slope and pulse settings Inspect welding machines cables hoses and related equipment for safe operation Determine proper technique position and jig per weld specifications and material thickness Guide electrode or welding gun along weld lines maintaining correct arc length puddle size sound and travel speed Select and implement the most efficient welding processes for raw material movement and production needs Inspect completed welds for bead size cracks structural defects and recommend/perform repairs Clean and grind welds slag and splatter to achieve smooth finishes Clean grind or degrease parts to meet quality standards Safely operate manlifts and cranes for material handling and positioning Perform other duties as assigned to support production goalsRequirements & Qualifications Proven structural welding experience in fabrication environments Ability to pass the required Structural Welder qualification test Strong understanding of welding symbols and fabrication standards Ability to weld in multiple positions including downhill and overhead Ability to operate cranes manlifts and related shop equipmentIf you are looking to bring your welding expertise to a strong fabrication team apply today for this Structural Welder position.Job Order #: 123036Stand-By Personnel Welding DivisionIf you are interested in this position click the Apply button above to submit your application.
